Smoker Friendly

This is an unfortunate thing where I have to write a review like this. I first went into this location to get humidity packs for my humidor at home. I ended up touring the cigar selection and was very impressed. I was excited to find a place to get cigars near my job. However, when signing me up for rewards, the employee failed to give my ID back to me. Not too much of a big deal, but driving an hour out of the way to pick it up wasn't fun. What was less desirable than that was arriving at the location only to find out the manager had forgotten to take it out of the safe and was refusing to allow any other employee to take it out. I drove an hour to get the information instead of a call back when their phone systems do have caller ID. I then am instructed that Karen, the manager, will only be in between 5AM and 1PM which is not a super convenient time for me to come in. The employee on staff mentioned she must be there when I pick up my ID. I show up the next day at 11AM, leaving work, only to find that she had left my ID out and wasn't even at the store and had left two hours early. This is really unfortunate because I was really looking forward to continuing to shop at this location, but even after giving my number to the manager to request a call, there has been radio silence since.

Used to love this place before the rude lady that works the desk makes me, as a regular, physically remove my ID from my wallet. I am clearly over the age of 18 by far. Other places nearby that I have not frequented have not required this. I stopped purchasing Zyn and fuel here despite it being closest to my home because of that rude older lady.

This place used to be good. They smoke inside and demand you remove your id from your wallet everytime, even as a regular customer. Checking id is fine but demanding to remove it when I am clearly of age and a known customer is silly. This business used to get all my fuel and zyn business and now I will not spend my hard earned money here again. They have some pretty rude cashier's. The gal working the cash register this morning has been rude several times and unpleasant to interact with. Her and the removing ID everytime are why I will stop spending over $200 a week here for gas and zyn. Many change needed.
